Polis Hill is a brewing company that aims to recreate the classic taste of traditional Greek beer. The brand name references the acropolis, a hill with a temple at its summit that sits in the center of each Ancient Greek city-state. Polis Hill also references the past by incorporating Greek patterns and iconography. This is a personal project I did in quarantine during the summer of 2020 to remain active creatively.​
